trusted local care for the people who matter most

Working together with families and communities

we treat your loved ones with the same care and respect we’d want for our own.

Choosing support for someone you care about can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone. At Future Care Support, we’re local carers who take the time to build real trust with every person and family we support. Whether you’re ready to make a referral or just want to talk things through, we’re here to listen, no pressure and no rush.

Yes, you can. Many people aren’t exactly sure what kind of support fits them best, that’s where we come in. Once a referral is made, we’ll have a friendly conversation with the person to understand their situation, preferences and goals. We don’t expect everything to be clear from the start, and we’ll guide them through it in a way that feels calm and supportive.

That’s completely okay. We understand that not everyone feels confident communicating in English, and we’ll make adjustments to suit their language and communication needs. Whether it’s using simple language, arranging interpreters, or finding a support worker who shares their background, we’ll make sure the person feels heard and comfortable.

Not at all. A referral is simply a way to open the door to a conversation. We’ll reach out with care, explain who we are, and only continue if they’re comfortable. Our approach is gentle, respectful and built on consent. We understand that trust takes time, and we give people the space to decide what feels right for them.

That’s totally fine, you don’t need to have every detail. If something is missing or unclear, our team will follow up to fill in the gaps. It’s more important to connect than to have a perfect form. Just provide what you know, and we’ll take it from there with patience and care.
